A parishioner has offered to live as an anchoress during this time and be available for conversation, singing, prayer and sponsoring. We are looking for people to be in church while the Anchoress is in residence, just to ensure her safety. Sue Griffiths is doing the rota and she has divided each day (starting on Monday15th) into 4 slots each one being approx one and a half hours long. Volunteers are welcome to bring laptops, a book or knitting with them, they need do nothing other than be present in the church (at the moment Monday and Tuesday has no one). If you are able to give some time, then please email Sue at sueross_1@hotmail.com Saturday 6th to Sunday 21st September, Fri-Sun 11am – 5pm.  Anchored in Silence: Artwave exhibition of sculpture and installations.

Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.
