St. Mary’s is the Church Hall of St. Anne’s Church and was built in the 1930s to include those who were living on the developing and large Nevill Estate. The hall is licensed for Church Worship and retains many of the original features.

 

There is also a smaller Annexe which is best suited to short hire (an hour or two) for small group meetings or events and is available for hire at £8.00 per hour.  While the Annexe has separate access to the shared kitchen and toilet facilities, it does mean going round the outside of the Hall.

The Main Hall and the Annexe are available for hire for events such as birthday parties, fundraising events and local community activities.

PLEASE NOTE:
 

1. The kitchen is VERY BASIC. We have a basic gas cooker, but no fridge, and only very basic food preparation is suggested;

2. The building has no internet access via broadband or wifi.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND people to come and see the Hall and facilities before confirming a booking to ensure it meets the relevant requirements.
