MORNING PRAYER will be happening as usual Monday to Wednesday (New Year’s Eve) and Friday this week, starting at 9:15 a.m. There are readings from Scripture, Canticles and a Collect, plus a time of prayer. The Service usually lasts 25 to 30 minutes. You are very welcome to join in with us or sit in a pew and just observe.
NO Silent Prayer this Tuesday: It returns on Tuesday 6th January.
COFFEE MORNING – January: This will be a week later, on THURSDAY 8TH JANUARY. So, do come along for a friendly chat as well as tea, coffee, cake and biscuits. This is not in any way religious, so do bring others.
FAMILY SUPPORT WORK: As well as food and other products, F.S.W. can now receive money from people recycling their used inkjet cartridges. Simply pop them in the box on the table near the refreshments (Please no toner/laser cartridges.). When the box is full it will be sent off, and money raised will go to F.S.W.
USED STAMPS: Don’t forget we collect used postage stamps to help raise money for Medical Detection Dogs. Please pop them in the wallet on the Charity Section of the general information Noticeboard.
ST ANNE'S WEBSITE: www.stanneslewes.org.uk - Our website offers resources for our growth in discipleship. On the website you can now find recent sermons collated in one place under the tag sermons. Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.
ONLINE AND CARD TRANSACTIONS: Donations can also be made through our website (the DONATE button is in the top right-hand corner of every page).
