LORNA IDEN’S FUNERAL will be held tomorrow at 11.30am at St Anne’s.
CONFIRMATION CLASSES: At 12.30pm today where we will be looking at the Bible. Do join if you feel like a discussion on the themes of faith, whether or not you are seeking confirmation.
EVENSONG: The first Evensong at St Anne’s for this year will be on Sunday 31st May at 6.30pm.
ST MARY’S CHURCH HALL APPEAL is now underway. Sue Ross is kindly organising coffee and cakes for our first public meeting. Please inform friends and neighbours.

Friday Sept 25th, 7pm "Putting it together", musical evening at St. Anne’s, by Philip Griffiths

FAMILY SUPPORT WORK: Thank you for continuing to help F.S.W. At the moment they specifically need tinned vegetables (not pulses), table sauces, jams and spreads, chopped tomatoes, tinned spaghetti/ravioli/macaroni, rice pudding and custard, toiletries and cleaning products. Please check items are in date and we cannot accept fresh/chilled/frozen or home-made items. The next collection will be on Thursday 4th June. If you would like to support F.S.W. in other ways, please drop your change into the collection tin next to the box, or donate through Dona on the counter. Thank you.
BISHOP OF CHICHESTER: Bishop Martin retires at the end of May, and as a diocesan family we are beginning the search for his successor. Have your say in the appointment at tinyurl.com/next-bishop It will take only a few minutes to complete, and it is open until May 26th. We welcome responses from everyone.
ST ANNE'S WEBSITE: www.stanneslewes.org.uk - Our website offers resources for our growth in discipleship. On the website you can now find recent sermons collated in one place under the tag sermons. Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.
