LENT COURSES: The final Lent Courses are on Monday 16th March 10am-11.30am, and Wednesday 18th March 7pm-8.30pm. We consider the importance of the two concepts, abiding and indwelling, and what it means for our own experience of God.
PALM SUNDAY, HOLY WEEK and EASTER SERVICES: Details of our worship for Holy Week and Easter Day are up in the church and also on a sheet which you can take away.
PALM SUNDAY LUNCH, 29th March, 11:45 a.m.: If you would like to come to the Palm Sunday lunch, please sign your name on the sheet at the back of the Church. If you have any queries, please speak to Philippa.
PREPARATION FOR REVISING THE ELECTORAL ROLL 2026: Electoral Roll Forms are now available in the brown envelope on the Font. These are to be completed by those members of the congregation who are not on the current Electoral Roll, but wish their names to be added to the 2026 Electoral Roll. Please place completed forms in the white envelope on the Font for collection after the 10.00 am service on the 29th March. Those members of the congregation whose names are on the current Electoral Roll DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE ANOTHER FORM. The current Electoral Roll is posted on the notice board at the back of the church for reference. Thank you. Richard Saunders, Electoral Roll Officer.
FAMILY SUPPORT WORK: Easter Eggs: We would be grateful for any Easter Eggs donated for struggling children and families in Sussex. They will be collected just before Easter so children have them for the day. Please bring them either on a Sunday, or if during the week, please leave in a bag under one of the back pews (so they are out of sight). For any more information, speak to Ashley.
SUNDAY 12TH APRIL: Please note that there will NOT be an 8am service on this day.
CHURCHES TOGETHER IN LEWES: This month they are praying for the Lewes Quakers. Give thanks that a fair number of young people attend our meetings and please pray for ways we can encourage their involvement more and please pray for ongoing guidance as to how Lewes Quakers might best serve the community.
