CLEANING THE CHURCH: This Wednesday will be cleaning from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and more volunteers to help with this essential task are always welcome. This job helps to keep the Church tidy and welcoming to people, it is not an arduous task and the more who help the easier it will be. (Cleaning is always on the first Wednesday of each month.)

COFFEE MORNING: Come and join us for coffee, tea cake and biscuits this Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. if you know someone who would like to come along, then do invite them. (All refreshments are free, but donations always gratefully appreciated.)

READING THE MYSTICS: We had a very full turnout for our first session where we are reading The Cloud of Unknowing and a rich and thoughtful discussion. Our next session is on Thursday at 7pm at St Michael's. Let me know if you'd like to join and want the readings for The Cloud.

CARING AND SHARING: For many years we have supported The Steve Willis Memorial Fund each month. We wish to review our regular giving to charities. While at a local level we continue our strong links with Family Support Work, we would like to support a national or international charity, that members of our congregation know and care about. If you would like to recommend a charity, please speak to or email Mary-Rose or Ashley.

ADMINISTRATION PERSON WANTED. To cover a range of administrative duties, plus others that may arise to support the Rector and the Church in its busy daily life. The person does need to be an active worshipper with the Church of England. Part time position, 16 hours per week with flexible working, at £13.45 per hour. Employed or self-employed considered. If you would like more information speak to Ben or, if interested, submit an initial letter of interest, giving details of previous relevant work/training/skills, and email to Mary-Rose at maryroseshears@btinternet.com.

ST ANNE'S WEBSITE: www.stanneslewes.org.uk - Our website offers resources for our growth in discipleship. On the website you can now find recent sermons collated in one place under the tag sermons. Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.

ONLINE AND CARD TRANSACTIONS: Donations can also be made through our website (the DONATE button is in the top right-hand corner of every page).
