LENT COURSES: Come to both or one of our Lent courses. They are occasions to learn and discuss together. Mondays 11am at St Anne's: Heart in Pilgrimage, led by Peter. Wednesdays 7pm at St Thomas Church: The Depths of Prayer, led by Ben.

 

FUNERAL: The funeral of Christine Rawlins will be at St Anne's this Friday (1st March) at 2pm. All are welcome to attend.

 

WORLD DAY OF PRAYER: This year's service will be on Friday 1st March at 11am at Southover Church (St John the Baptist BN7 1HT). All are welcome to be  part of 24 hours of worldwide prayer – prepared specially by Christian women in Palestine. Enquiries to Diana Rogers (01273 474964).

 

PRAYER AT ST ANNE'S. Come to both or one of our regular times of prayer. Morning Prayer. Mon-Fri, 9:15. An opportunity to pray and also to listen to some of the riches of the Bible in the daily readings. Silent Prayer, Tuesday, 7pm, a time of silence to grow in awareness of God's presence.

 

LUNCHTIME CONCERTS return in March on the last Thursday of the month. The first will be on 28th March, starting at 1:10pm (lasting approximately 40 minutes). Free entry, retiring collection. You can find out more about what's coming up at https://www.stanneslewes.org.uk/2024-lunchtime-concerts

 

CARING AND SHARING: The latest newsletter is now available on the font. Please take one.

 

PALM SUNDAY LUNCH: There will be a light lunch on Palm Sunday (24th March) after the 10am service. All are welcome to attend. Further details next week.

 

REVISING THE ELECTORAL ROLL 2024: We will soon be revising the Electoral Roll for 2024. If you regularly attend St. Anne’s and are not on the 2023 Roll please consider entering your details when the forms are available in the middle of March. You can complete a form whether or not you live in the area. If you have any questions please ask Richard Saunders, Electoral Roll Officer. Please note: If you are already on the 2023 Roll you do not need to complete a new form.

On the website you can now find recent sermons collated in one place under the tag sermons. Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.
