Welcome to our services this Sunday, particularly if you are here for the first time. Do make yourself known to the clergy after the service. Please do stay for tea/coffee after the 10 a.m. Service.

TONIGHT: ADVENT EVENSONG, 6:30 p.m. We are having a special Advent Evensong for Churches Together. It's an opportunity to celebrate and pray through the themes of Advent with participation from our sister churches.

 

CONTEMPLATIVE COMMUNION, Wednesday 10th 7 p.m. Do come and join us for our monthly quiet communion service.

 

CHOIR SUPPORTING LEWES FOODBANK, Saturday 13th, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Choir will be carolling outside Aldi in aid of the Lewes Food Banks. Anyone is welcome to join us to swell the ranks for a very good cause. Please speak to David Powell if you are interested.

 

TOY SERVICE, Sunday 14th 10 a.m. Service, including Blessing the gifts before they go to F.S.W. for distribution to families in time for Christmas.

 

CAROLS ON THE GREEN, Sunday 14th 2:30 p.m.. Come and join us on the green at Nevill Crescent to sing Carols and hear Readings. There will also be mulled apple juice and mince pies.

 

FAMILY SUPPORT WORK: A reminder that we are collecting gifts and food for F.S.W. to distribute to children and families who will be struggling at Christmas. Lists of what is most wanted is on the F.S.W. Noticeboard near the Refreshments table (as are the donation boxes). Please DO NOT gift-wrap toys or gifts. Winter Fuel Payment: If you have received this but feel you do not require it, would you please consider donating all or part of it to F.S.W. to help them with their essential work at this time. Deadline for items in time for Christmas is 14th December (for the Toy Service).

Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.
