CANCELLED: BOOK AND CAKE SALE 19th SEPTEMBER. As the scaffolding is going to be up for some time and the church is having to remain closed we will be getting far fewer donations of books. It is disappointing to have to cancel, but we don’t want to put on a sale which has very few books. We thank those who have already donated and these will be taken to St. Mary’s to be sold on the Hall’s own book sale shelves.
ST MARY’S CHURCH HALL APPEAL: On a more positive note we have many more fundraising events coming up. Our next is Friday Sept 25th, 7pm "Putting it together", musical evening at St. Anne’s, by Philip Griffiths.
CONTEMPLATIVE COMMUNION: Please note that there will NOT be a contemplative communion service on Wednesday 12th August.
CHURCH CLEANING, this Wednesday (5th), 10am. We hope many of you can come this month to help clean.
COFFEE MORNING, this Thursday (6th), 10am. All are very welcome. We look forward to seeing you for coffee or tea and lovely cake.

Also, we have a regular slot called Spiritual Reflections which aims to look at questions of faith in a fresh, imaginative way. Contact Ashley or Ben if you can't find the content.
