MELVYN CHAPLIN'S FUNERAL SERVICE: will be at St. Anne's, Wednesday 4th May at 11am.
CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER returns to St Anne's on Tuesday 3rd May at 7pm. This is a simple and profound way to meet with God in silence and stillness. You don't need any training, it is not complex, and you can come and go to these sessions as you wish. Silent prayer is gently moving beyond our tendency to think obsessionally and to move beyond our dependence on words. It has rich affinities with forms of meditation and is a practice rooted in the early Church.
APCM: The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be on Sunday 15th May immediately after the finish of the 10am service. The relevant papers will be available from next Sunday (8th).
ONLINE AND CARD TRANSACTIONS: Donations can now be made through our website (the DONATE button is in the top right-hand corner of every page). We are also a short time away from being able to accept donations via credit/debit card in church. (Cash is still accepted.)
