LENT COURSES: Our Lent courses have been lively and full of discussion. Do come along and join us. This Monday we have the third in our series, Heart in Pilgrimage at St Anne's at 11am. We will be looking at the theme of healing with the help of Mark's Gospel. This Wednesday we have the third in our series, The Depths of Prayer at St Thomas at 7pm. We will be looking at how the Bible describes prayer and mystical experience.

 

COFFEE MORNING: This Thursday (7th) at St Anne's at 10am. Come and have some coffee, cake and conversation at our coffee morning, particularly if you haven't been before. (Although we meet in the church, it is not a religious gathering.)

 

PALM SUNDAY LUNCH (24th March): There will be a light lunch of soup, bread and cheese and fruit following the 10am service. It is free but donations will be gratefully appreciated. All are very welcome. If you would like to come please could you put your name on the sheet on the table by the books for sale. Any queries please speak to Mary-Rose or Jackie

 

2024 ELECTORAL ROLL REVISION: Richard Saunders, the Church Electoral Roll Officer, gives two weeks statutory notice that Application Forms for Enrolment on the 2024 Electoral Roll will be available from Sunday 17th March until Sunday 31st March from a wallet on the Font. Completed forms should be placed in the brown envelope by the 31st March. You can complete a form whether or not you live in the area. Members of the congregation whose names are on the current 2023 Electoral Roll DO NOT need to complete a new form.

 

NEXT SUNDAY: The Caring and Sharing tin will be on the font for any donations.
